Montrose Mortgage Corporation Ltd.  (“MMC”) is a private and locally owned commercial mortgage administration company combining loan origination, underwriting, and servicing into one seamless full-service platform.

“In late November 2022, our office relocated to 201 Portage Avenue to be closer to our underwriting team,” says Loreen Alexander, Vice President of Mortgage Servicing. “For the most part, we are settled into our new space and look forward to our future in our new home!”

Established in 1965, MMC serves as a fiduciary to lenders and manages mortgage assets worth over $2 billion. “Our administration team is comprised of 6 amazing ladies, and we vary in tenure anywhere from 2 years to 30 years, with more than 80 years of combined experience,” continues Loreen, who recently celebrated her 30th anniversary with the company. “We joke that once you are in, you can never get out”.
